Role
This is an opportunity to use your excellent communication, organisational and support skills in a team environment. You will be self motivated and be able to work off your own initiative. The main elements of the role are:

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager from time to time. This will be in accordance with the level of training skills and abilities which the job holder has or indeed achieves.

Candidate

A) The candidate will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office/AutoCAD and a calm, mature and professional approach to work with excellent written and oral communication skills. This role demands a methodical, organised approached. Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines is essential.

B) An ability to maintain a good sense of humour and motivate others even when under pressure is important to maintaining the equilibrium of the team.

Qualifications
Three GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A to C (including Mathematics and English)

Experience
At 3 years’ experience as Document Controller in Aluminium & Glazing field . Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of working in a construction sites.
