Customer Team Assistant (Duracell)
Procter & Gamble - Dubai


The customer team assistant is in charge of executing a number of Marketing plans and promotions negotiated by the Account Executive. He/she works in support of the customer team on the commercial accounts.

Act as key contact for customers and sales force for all customer-specific events (animations, ILP/PLV, transverse events)
  • Ensures the “Sales Fundamentals” dashboards are kept up to date
  • Manage the Price list
  • Manage the Fact Sheets
  • Manage the promotionnal offers
  • Coordination of transverse events in collaboration with Marketing team and external agencies
  • Executional support to deliver marketing operations (targeted mailings, couponing, etc.)
  • Budget management (team expenses management)
  • Reporting of the customers’ NOS

NOTE: Due to P&G’s announcement of its intention to divest the Duracell business to Berkshire Hathaway, this role is specific to the Duracell business. Successful candidates will be part of the Duracell team. Upon the anticipated closing, it is expected that successful candidates will be employed by the Duracell business, together with other employees supporting Duracell
