Primary Objective
Receiving room booking enquiries and converting to bookings. Ensuring all enquiries receive the highest service in line with brand standards, maximizing guest satisfaction. Entering bookings through Opera accurately and ensure guest requests are auctioned. Ensuring all guest comments, including complaints, are dealt with in an effective and speedy manner in order to facilitate good guest relations and optimize guest satisfaction. .


Personal Requirements:
 Previous guest service and reservations experience preferred.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills required in English. Arabic Language will be an advantage.
Excellent computer and typing skills required. Excel and word proficiency desired
Fair knowledge and experience working in Opera
 Self-driven and ambitious.
 A goal orientated team player with a Yes, I Can! Attitude.
