  • Ensure proper and systematic organization of department work flow
  • Answering of phone calls
  • Maintain regular checks and updation of records
  • Scan and send documents to team as required
  • Support the team with invoicing – preparing Performa invoices
  • Complete back office support
  • Getting Signature
